Vegan Southern Style Air Fryer Soy Curls

Scribbled Underline

What are soy curls?

They are made of  non-gmo soybeans, that are basically cooked, then smushed into a chickeny tender shape.  They look a lot like TVP and come dehydrated.

What Can I Sub for Soy Curls?

My first choice is extra firm tofu chunks, but you could use tempeh or cauliflower too!
