Easy Broccoli with Garlic Sauce

- olive oil or water to saute oil free - broccoli florets - cornstarch or arrowroot - vegetable broth - soy sauce - agave nectar - 1sesame oil - garlic - red pepper flakes

It usually starts with soy sauce, a sweetener, sesame oil, chili pepper flakes, and of course–garlic!

How to prep broccoli with garlic recipe

Mix the sauce ingredients and set aside.

Step 1

- Heat the oil (or water to make oil-free)  in a wok or large saute pan. - Once the oil is hot add the broccoli and saute until they start to soften

Step 2

- Mix in all but 2 tablespoons of the sauce.  - Cook until the sauce thickens. Serve over rice.
