Easy Sesame Cucumber Noodles

- English cucumber - Soy sauce or tamari - Rice vinegar - Toasted sesame oil - Toasted sesame seeds

You need:

Spiralize the cucumber and break the noodles into soba-sized lengths.

Step 1

Mix the rest of the ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Toss the noodles in and mix. Plate up and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
