Gluten Free Teff Brownies

This brownie recipe uses Teff flour—a gluten-free and whole grain alternative to  wheat flour.

You can’t even  tell that they're  gluten-free.

Gluten Free Vegan Teff Brownies

Preheat your oven and let's bake brownies!

You need:

- Ground flax seeds - Warm water - Coconut sugar - Raw sugar - Avocado oil - Vanilla - Salt - Brown Teff Flour - Cocoa powder - Chopped walnuts

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Oil the brownie pan and/or line with parchment paper.

Step 2

Mix the wet ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Do the same for the dry ingredients in another bowl. Add the dry to the wet and mix well then add the walnuts and stir in.

Step 3

Scrape the batter out into your prepared pan and spread evenly.  Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool, then cut.

Notes:

Use another mild oil instead of avocado oil or use mashed avocado to make them no oil added.
